NorthStar Golf Club Will Soon Receive a New Look

NorthStar Golf Club, a top private golf club located in Berkshire Township will be undergoing a renovation and addition to the clubhouse and banquet facility.  The clubhouse and banquet facility is currently 8,422 square feet and is a popular destination for corporate golf outings and weddings.

The golf course and clubhouse were originally built in 2007 and even though there is a waiting list for events and golf memberships – the time has come for a new look and expansion on the services and amenities provided by the club.

The project will consist of a 12,600 square foot addition to the existing clubhouse. Building on to the existing banquet room – the addition will include an expanded kitchen, two dining rooms along with outdoor dining, additional restrooms, locker rooms, two full-service bars, golf simulators, covered driving range, and an expanded pro-shop.

Lincoln Construction will be overseeing the renovations and addition as the construction manager.
