The Kappa Delta Sorority on the Ohio State University campus is on schedule to begin construction in May 2021. The project will include a 900 square foot addition to the third floor for additional living quarters as well as a 4-seasons porch for college studying and relaxation. Interior renovations will include a new heating and cooling system, fire suppression, upgraded and

increased electrical service throughout the house.

Architectural improvements will include a complete renovation of the lower level, removal of structural walls to create a larger open area for Chapter meetings of 200 members, peaceful study areas, enlarged restrooms, flooring replacement throughout, new LED lighting as well as other finish upgrades – to round out the renovations.
